Welcome to Athlete Performance Lab Sydney. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services, website, and booking platform. By accessing our services, you agree to the terms below. 1. Services Offered We provide allied health and performance-based services including: • Osteopathy • Strength and conditioning coaching • Personal training • Sports rehabilitation • Yoga classes • Health and wellness programs All services are delivered by qualified professionals operating under Australian health and fitness regulations. 2. Booking & Deposit Policy A $50 deposit is required at the time of booking via our online booking platform, Clinko. This deposit secures your appointment. • If you cancel or reschedule less than 48 hours before your appointment, or fail to attend, the deposit is non-refundable. • If cancellation or rescheduling occurs more than 48 hours in advance, you may receive a full refund or reschedule at no additional cost. • Exceptions apply for medical reasons with appropriate documentation (e.g., doctor’s certificate). 3. Subscriptions & Packages Prepaid packages or subscription plans: • Are non-refundable • Must be used within 12 months of the first session • Are subject to the same cancellation policy as single appointments • Missed or late-cancelled sessions will be deducted from your balance 4. Payment Terms Full payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept EFTPOS, major credit cards, and digital payments. All fees include GST where applicable. 5. Health Information You may be required to disclose personal health details relevant to your treatment or training. This information is stored securely and used only to tailor safe and effective care. 6. Limitation of Liability While we offer professional care tailored to athletes and individuals, Athlete Performance Lab Sydney and its practitioners are not liable for any injuries or losses that may occur from participation in our services. 7. Intellectual Property All content on our website—including text, images, graphics, and logos—is the property of Athlete Performance Lab Sydney and may not be reused or reproduced without permission. 8. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of NSW courts.
