Refund and Booking Policy

Booking Deposits

To confirm your appointment at Athlete Performance Lab Sydney, a deposit of $50 is required at the time of booking. This deposit secures your booking and will be applied to your total service cost on the day of your appointment.

 

Cancellations and No-Shows

If you cancel, reschedule, or fail to attend your appointment without providing at least 48 hours’ notice, your deposit will be forfeited. This policy allows us to manage our schedule effectively and offer the time slot to other clients in need.

Changes Made With Adequate Notice

If you contact us more than 48 hours prior to your appointment, you may be eligible for a full refund of your deposit or a reschedule of your booking at no additional charge.

Medical Exceptions

If you are unwell or unable to attend due to medical reasons, we may offer a refund or allow a reschedule, provided you supply appropriate documentation such as a medical certificate.

Subscriptions and Packages

All prepaid subscriptions or packages are non-refundable. These services must be used within 12 months from the date of first purchase. Any unused sessions after this period will be forfeited.

The same cancellation and no-show policy applies: if you fail to attend a scheduled appointment or cancel within 48 hours, the session will be deducted from your package and no refund or reschedule will be offered. If you are unwell and provide appropriate documentation such as a medical certificate, we may consider a reschedule without penalty.
