Paolo Mangora

Personal Trainer

Hi, I’m Paolo – and sport has been a central part of my life for as long as I can remember. What began as a personal love for movement and competition has evolved into a rewarding career helping others become stronger, healthier, and more confident in their bodies.

After earning my degree in Sports Science, I spent over four years working as a personal trainer, focusing on both athletic preparation for young athletes and structured training programs for adults. My experience has grown to include pre- and post-operative rehabilitation, where I support clients through tailored strength and recovery programs that bridge the gap between injury and performance.

I’m currently a Strength & Conditioning Coach for the Juventus Academy Sydney and Fraser Park FC, working closely with emerging football talent. These roles allow me to combine my technical knowledge with hands-on coaching – developing young athletes not just physically, but also mentally, with discipline, consistency, and confidence.

I’m passionate about educating clients on how their bodies move and function, and I believe that strength and performance training should be tailored, purposeful, and empowering. Whether you're returning from injury, looking to level up your sport, or simply wanting to train smarter, I’m here to help you reach your full potential.
